SRK's TV show Ghar Ki Baat Hai - tribute to Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi - was so far being aired half an hour thrice a week. However, now it's going to be a one-hour weekly starting April 11 wherein two episodes will be aired back-to-back. The story revolves around the hilarious situations and events in the lives of the Yagnik family, a couple Rajdeep and Radhika Yagnik, living in Mumbai along with Radhika's unemployed brother Kapil Kumar aka Kaku.

The constant one up situations between the brother's in-law and the wife playing the bridge between them gives way to a comedy of errors. One of the reason for this change is the IPL as cricket will be the flavour of the season.
